Please have dental insurance information, medical history copies of dental policies always helpful.

Insurance and Billing
We participate will Excellus of Rochester and Delta Dental. We can bill any insurance company, but expect payment in full the day of service for the expected co-pay. We expect payment the day of the service for any procedure that is not covered in full according to your policy.

Our Office
We work with our patients so they can achieve and maintain a beautiful smile and healthier gums and teeth. We take the time with our patients to explain their treatment options and inform them of additional preventative care.
